1/ I bought an item and at checkout they automatically added $80 for "2 Year Replacement Plan For Home". Apparently I had to opt out rather then the normal business practise of checking a box to opt-in.
2/ The item wouldn't fit in the allocated space in the kitchen. The item was still in its plastic wrapper but the box had been opened. They asked me to take a photo of it and send it to them. They then told me the box had been opened and I would be charged an extra $80.
3/ The correct item did arrive the next day but late at night long after the scheduled delivery time.
