I have always bought appliances from stores, I was unable to get the model microwave I wanted and was told it would take about 4 weeks before it was in SA. Ordered microwave yesterday through AO in the afternoon and it was delivered before 12 noon today. Excellent customer service. I was kept informed of delivery time. Service delivery guy was polite and helpful. No hesitation about using in the future.
