Always been good previously, however this time they are useless.
They did not take our old washing machine away, stating there was no room even though they took the new one out of the truck, they proceeded to place the old unit out the front saying that SOMEONE will picket up in 2 days. guess what after numerous phone calls, it is still there. Do not think you a doing right by the drivers/deliverers by allowing them not to take it away straight away.
