Very user friendly for a business owner who doesnt want to spend lots of money or time developing something else. I can only compare it with wordpress which personally I find a lot hard to achieve the same functionaility but am aware that wordpress does offer a lot more flexibility. Having said that, we have built a successful business using shopify as our platform.
