Is been 3 year’s since that ticket was given to me, very very unfair tix ! I worked for DHL 30 yrs , they preach safety every morning, I go thru smith systems twice a year but on days in & days out you can’t rush on 42nd & 8 Ave intersection where the officer pull me over when I was turning with the arrow in my favor . I retired, moved to Nevada and switched my CDL license to that state . But am home relaxing , I don’t work for health reason , I still feel vindicate cause I always been a safe driver !
