fairly good because we beat the ticket, but the lawyer didn't really connect with me until I reached out to him, the updates were not timely, I had to file extension before it ran out of time. 3 stars because they got the ticket off, but were not the best at communication and the app is very limited (non-existent) on status of your cases.
