Long wait for updates on the item being sent. Had no idea it was coming from an external supplier. Expected postage delays but didn’t expect dispatching to take 3 weeks. I had to chase for information. At this stage, would not order again. All staff I dealt with were polite (although was unable to doesn’t in person - was sent texts which was a bit strange when I called to query).
