I chose a present for my granddaughter who lives a long way from me. Her parents already had the item that I chose.....and wooden height chart. My son, (granddaughter's father) told me you had offered a substitute gift, which I thiiught was a very nice thing of April and Oak to offer.
Then my son advised me that he could not find anything suitable for my granddaughter , so you sent me a refund. Thank you very much.
