I found the service unprofessional. I received no immediate receipt after my purchase, nor any emails or updates of when my purchase would aren’t. It was only after I read many bad reviews that I called and threatened them with negative media coverage if my rug did not show up soon after.
Suddenly, they were very helpful and my rug turned up a short time later.
Sorry, but that’s the truth.
