Pondmax foam is an excellent product. Aguagardening shipped the product promptly. Unfortunately the Courier (Amarex) let everyone down as once the parcel arrived in the destination depot it got stuck there four 2 weeks waiting for it to be picked up by a delivery driver. During this time Amarax fobbed off enquires, leaving us and Aquagardening in the the no-mans land of non-delivery. There needs to be specific rules and guarantees around when a parcel is declared as lost in transit.
