Really great service. Decided to go local instead of the cheap albeit pot-luck experience (especially in regards to returns) on A*azon. I wasn't disappointed. The kit I bought was excellent quality, but one part didn't work for my space, so I contacted Aquagardening and was able to send back this particular part, get a prompt refund and order another that suited me better! I can't imagine better customer service. They contacted me as soon as they received my return and advised me of a return, and, both times (plague or no plague), they were onto my order super quickly and postage was fast and affordable. These guys know their stuff too and give honest, frank advice. I've called them twice to mull things over and they've been extremely helpful. Having ordered 3 times from this company now, it's a no-brainer for me in terms of return business. If only all businesses operated on this level.
