The people at the desk were friendly and helpful. However the shop is now not what it was, as the inventory is now off limits in a “ warehouse” unlike earlier when it was possible to see exactly what something looked like before buying. Online buying is never as good.
Please bring back the shop as it was, it’s disappointing it’s come to this.Also simple things like extra T 5 lights were not on site and had to be ordered in, so one trip was wasted.
On demand stock should be readily available on the floor at all times.
