I purchased organic products because I wanted to avoid harsh chemicals.
The boxes my products came in were both covered in different substances. One smelled like a very strong perfume that older people typically wear.
The products inside were protected by the box, fortunately. It is a bit disheartening that your very expensive OGS line of products are commingled with harsh chemicals.
Otherwise the staff is very friendly, and your approach to delivery of products is very efficient.
