Ordered and paid for a product on the 1Sep23, which was not in stock. After two weeks of no contact, I contacted Aqua and was told it was on backorder.
I suggested that letting me know that might have been a good idea.
Gentleman that I talked too wasn't too concerned. Product arrived on the 19th.
The time delay wasn't an issue. Just the lack of information, as I had since found the product locally and slightly cheaper.
