Overall the experience was okay. We were told our order was ready for pick up but when we went to collect it the attendant on duty had some trouble finding it which resulted in us being at the store longer than we wished especially for a "Click & Collect" service which was followed up by email advising the product was ready for collection. The store had good procedures in place to observe the health directive of keeping the distance and these and others were observed, this was reassuring. Someone had dropped something in the fish pond and we were concerned it could be harmful to the fish, once this was pointed out the attendant immediately went and investigated and removed the foreign object from the fishpond. All in all the experience was a good one, only would be best to make sure an order if ready for collection and the day on attendant is aware so to avoid delays at the store by the client collecting the order.
