I have planted a tray of marigolds. I had a little problem with the depth of some of the holes, but overcame it with the use of a sharp pencil head. They have been in my greenhouse for 5 days and so far 51 of the 77 have germinated. The ones that do not come up are probably due to the seeds, and is easily rectified by re-planting in the original holes. I am looking forward to trying a tray of smaller seeds, and will relay the results. Peter Gilbert. (Melbourne, Australia)
