I order flowers to my partner EVERY month.
It was the 1st (and LAST) to to order from them.
Blaming everyone, and not taking responsibility of their fail of management.
Blaming the client (wrong address) ...
I repeat... Ordering flower EVERY MONTH
Blaming the delivery company and after they say that I should fix the issue with them.
I paid for aquarelle not for a 3rd party (delivery) company.
