“Thank you Aquarelle for the spoiled holiday. I placed an order #667921 on 05.11 with delivery on 07.11. This time is quite enough to deliver flowers to Valencia. I was told that the delivery of the flowers would be from 9:00 to 15:00 and I had to sit at home all day to receive the flowers. However, the delivery never took place. I had to call the shipping company where they told me they don't ship to Valencia! Perfectly! A question for Aquarelle - why do you ship through a transport company that does not deliver goods to Valencia? And why didn't anyone inform me? Why should I find out information from the transport company myself? The support at Aquarelle is terrible, there are no phones, and in the chat they answer me once every 30 minutes (at best). Therefore, I expect you to return my money for the fact that you did not fulfill your duties!”

Failed to deliver flowers for a birthday gift - we were home waiting for the delivery on both occasions they 'attempted' to deliver the flowers. We did not receive a phone call nor did they call the unit buzzer on either occasion.
They have now refused to provide a refund. So I have no flowers and the money I have paid is gone!”

“I would NEVER use this company again. For the last 25 years I have always sent flowers to my daughter for her birthday. It is always something special for both of us. I ordered flowers two weeks before my daughters birthday. They were to be delivered on her day. Aquarelle sent me a photo of the flower bouquet one day before it left the warehouse. I expected the flowers to be delivered in the morning or during the day. They arrived damaged at 10pm and were left at the front door in the snow. I would not recommend this company. I am very disappointed. There was nothing special about this and it is such a shame that companies like Aquarelle do not care about the special meanings of their customers lives.”

Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday that were delivered the day after. They blamed the delivery guy, did not face their responsibility.
I complained on first issue and was offered to get a 2nd bouquet (that I declined, I didn't a second bouquet, just one but on time.
On 2nd issue (last week), they offered to comp. the delivery fee for next order.

“I was ordering the flower for my husband's birthday 4days before D-Day I was thinking to surprise him. But in the end they send the wrong bouquet of flower and it was addressed to my husband but it was wrong card, it's almost give confusion to my husband. I feel bad that his birthday surprise turn to something unexpected like this. They mentioned they'll send photo of flower bouquet before sending but I didn't get any photos before that "to make sure they're right". I really disappointed, it's my first order and maybe will be last order, I do send them chat to complaint but not hearing again from them to resolve this problem. And in this state I won't recommended it to friend.

“If I could leave no stars for this review I would. I ordered a bouquet for a friend in Spain and specified a time and date for delivery. They did not arrive. I queried it on their website and they assured me the flowers were on their way. They arrived two days later, stone dead and in a container with no water in it - this in the middle of a hot summer in Andalucia. They promised a second bouquet - which also arrived late, and dead as a dodo. The third bouquet was not delivered until FIVE days after it should have. Quite rightly, the recipient refused to take delivery because - guess what? - they were stone dead. No amount of talking to them on their chatbot will persuade them to refund me my money, and my friend is Spain has been caused unnecessary distress and disappointment. Aquarelle say they cannot refund me because the "recipient refused the delivery". REALLY? Do they think people are delighted to receive bouquets of dead flowers five days late? Please DON'T use this company. They are liars and scam artists. I will only stop posting terrible reviews on any forum I can find until they have refunded me and sent an apology to my frien. What was meant to be a delightful surprise turned into a long nightmare. Thanks for nothing, Aquarelle.”
“Late and damaged deliveries
It is the second time that Aquarelle fails me in a shipment. Last February 14, flowers for my wife, the shipment did not arrive until February 15. On this last occasion, a gift for my granddaughter, the flowers arrived in a deplorable state. In both cases I wrote to the company and so far I have not received any answer or clarification and, of course, no refund of the amount paid. No more Aquarelle.

I chose my bouquet of flowers online, which looked beautiful in the picture, and purchased the desired bouquet for my friends birthday, to arrive on a specific date. I was sent a photo when the flowers were being despatched, only to see that the bouquet was nothing like I had ordered. I ordered a bouquet with many, many different kinds of flowers, but what I saw, was a bouquet with 3 kinds of flowers, mainly consisting of chrysanthemums, which are really cheap flowers. I emailed Aquarelle immediately telling them I wasn’t happy, but got I didn’t receive a reply.
The flowers were despatched the day before the specified arrival date, but arrived 2 days late, therefore they had been in a box, in hot weather for 3 days! When the flowers did eventually arrive, there was no water left in the container and the flowers were in an extremely bad condition. Most of them were dead, there were petals everywhere and the smell of stagnant water and rotting flowers was horrendous. The only place for the flowers were in the bin.
I emailed Aquarelle again and explained both situations and was told, they chose the flowers on the day and the pictures are only for illustration. They stressed they guarantee freshness and quality, which wasn’t met. I sent the photos to them and requested a full refund. I was told they would send another bouquet, but I insisted on a refund as I wasn’t happy with the first choice of flowers. Aquarelle issued a refund minus the postage. When I asked why they hadn’t refunded the postage, they replied it’s because they had been delivered. They then proceeded to ignoring my emails and are refusing to refund the postage. I emailed them again today, stating I would seek legal advice, and they replied, again stating the flowers were delivered and I am not entitled to a refund of the postage, so it has cost me €4.90 for a bunch of dead flowers that went straight in the bin.
This company failed to honour their agreements and their guarantees. The customer service is extremely disappointing. I will not be buying anything from this company again.”

“I bought a Big Orchid Plant total of €70 for my Mum's Birthday. Delivery was for wed 13/11 but she never received it.
It very hard to get any infos but my money : 120 australian dollars were taken on the 12/11. No delay to retrieve the paiement. But no delivery! !!!! I never had this issue in the past EVER !! ! I am so angry because it was So important & I felt totally ripped off & betray by this company. That's what's went wrong !”
