Absolute Fraud!
Failed to deliver flowers for a birthday gift - we were home waiting for the delivery on both occasions they 'attempted' to deliver the flowers. We did not receive a phone call nor did they call the unit buzzer on either occasion.
They have now refused to provide a refund. So I have no flowers and the money I have paid is gone!
