I bought a Big Orchid Plant total of €70 for my Mum's Birthday. Delivery was for wed 13/11 but she never received it.
It very hard to get any infos but my money : 120 australian dollars were taken on the 12/11. No delay to retrieve the paiement. But no delivery! !!!! I never had this issue in the past EVER !! ! I am so angry because it was So important & I felt totally ripped off & betray by this company. That's what's went wrong !
