Purchased a pond via Amazon but it was poor quality and the side caved in when filled. The company sent a prepaid return label for Royal Mail but they would not accept it because it exceeded their maximum size guidelines. Informed the company who then said it was my responsibility to find a courier that would take it and pay the costs.
The attitude of their customer service is shocking. Very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Be aware before buying from this dubious company.
