Customer service is not up to the mark. Ordered decent amount of furniture online. Includes installation. Installer came on the last day, and that also late evening. anyways, they finished the work, with great haste. Until midnight. Later, one of the bed, had a problem, which was only found out, after mattresses were placed (which installer did not do). Lodged a complaint. After few days, a whatsup message came, that your ticket has been closed. No call, no email, just like that. earlier, tired to call them, and operator, twice said that a person will call you back, never did. There is no way, you can contact them to resolve the issue. I had a very good experience in Dubai, though. Good luck to you IKEA. Broke my heart completely this time.
