“Worst IKEA ever . Purchased and paid full amount on the 25th of
Oct, including delivery and assembly, products delivered after 9 days but 3 major items was missing. Till date, I haven't received it. Customer service is the worst. They never responded in a proper way and absolutely no commitment on dates. I lost rent for 15 days, because I'm unable to stay in the apartment. Still I'm waiting.... Ridiculous and the worst IKEA ever visited. Till date after regular follow up, I'm waiting. There is no proper response regarding the delivery date. No one cares. Answering time when you call the customer service is more than 10 minutes. Mostly nobody picks up the call. It's my worst IKEA experience.”
“Truly the worse experience. Do not get delivery from IKEA. After 5 visits with various items missing they still have not fully delivered our items. Customer service is shocking!! After selecting English on the phone nobody can speak English. Avoid !!!
For an international brand this is completely unacceptable.”
“Truly awful service. I was given a 5 day window for delivery and received a delivery 15 days late. Around half of the items were missing. Now 6 weeks after the order and I have no idea if they will be delivered, if I will be refunded or if I have lost money. Many calls to IKEA with no result.”

Ordered decent amount of furniture online. Includes installation. Installer came on the last day, and that also late evening. anyways, they finished the work, with great haste. Until midnight.
Later, one of the bed, had a problem, which was only found out, after mattresses were placed (which installer did not do). Lodged a complaint. After few days, a whatsup message came, that your ticket has been closed. No call, no email, just like that.
earlier, tired to call them, and operator, twice said that a person will call you back, never did.
There is no way, you can contact them to resolve the issue. I had a very good experience in Dubai, though.

I called them 6 times to resolve a issue, and emailed. The company doesn’t want to take any responsibility and just passed it on to someone eles . Who never actually contacts you back.
Please avoid using this company unless you want to experience the same.”
