I recently ordered a sweater for my daughter and to maximize the shipping expense I ordered a couple of knit pillow shams for myself. I didn't open the shams for a few weeks and when I did, two buttons immediately popped off (they were never really sewn on properly). When I contacted Aran they said I only had 2-3 days to report a problem, so the best they could do would be send me a couple of buttons for me to sew on myself. I paid US$54.95 for these new shams and should not need to sew on the buttons myself to a brand new product. This was a very lazy and short-sighted response from Aran!
Over the years I have purchased literally thousands of dollars from Aran Sweater Market but that was probably my final order due to their poor customer service.
