Euro King divan bed and headboard order. Ordered the divan base and headboard easily enough on the Archers website, arranged the delivery, and a couple of weeks later the divan base arrived (damaged, a rip on the top). No headboard. Archers chased that up and a week or so later a headboard duly arrived, but it was a UK King sized headboard, so didn’t fit the Euro King base. A second headboard was arranged, and a couple of weeks later that arrived. Another UK King. A third headboard was arranged, which took longer, as I had to take photos of the first two to prove that I was being sent the wrong ones (surely someone must have known what they were shipping out to me). The courier didn’t deliver on the day stated, so another week went by, but then finally after almost two months, and taking 5 days off work to wait in for couriers, I received the correct headboard. In fairness to them Archers were mostly good at responding to e-mails, but as the bed and headboard were sent direct from the manufacturer it just seemed to take a long time for them to find out any information, and they seemed to have no control at all over what was happening. Overall not a great experience. Maybe the manufacturer doesn’t sell many Euro King beds and we were just unlucky, but wouldn’t use again.
