Ordered 2 pair of shoes and they are a whole size to small. You can’t even do an exchange through the mail, even when you buy it on line. You have to take your item back to a store and all of the stores are closed in the US. So I guess you have to travel across how many states to even find a store when or if they even reopen. Save your money and buy somewhere else. Way to complicated to exchange an item!!!
