Extremely rude customer representative, no manners, I have ordered around 500$ items from sale, 2-3 items I received on my address and rest been delivered at store. After two weeks, I called them and the customer representative named Meive was extremely rude and teaching me how to speak when other person is speaking, she got order number from me and there was complete silence, without telling me please hold, I was like she has hung up the call,and she did twice without apologising for long hold and didn’t inform that she is pulling up info, lady if you can’t handle customers, you shouldn’t be there , rather serving drinks in bar to drunken people. Extremely pathetic, my blood is boiling after talking to her. They don’t respond to your emails, it’s been a week and I am waiting for the response.
