Argus do not book your specific needs - just reserve a standard booking - then ignore your request for help and leave you on your own to sort it
I booked a large SUV with Argus (Santa Fe or similar) due to the fact that we were traveling with a decent amount of luggage, when I got to the Dollar Desk they advised that the actual booking from Argus was just for a standard size SUV not a large, in order to get a larger car I would need to pay more, I spoke with Argus customer service (I paid extra for premium customer support - which is a joke) who initially said they would check my booking, they then went silent for a while - when I asked on the progress I was told that they don't know what to say.. not even interested - they basically book a standard booking which means if you want the car you ordered - you have to pay again, this is why Argus seem to be cost effective - once you try and sort the issue - they are not interested,
