The lodge we were in was fantastic. It was spacious, clean well equipped, in a quiet area and had a fab hot tub with beautiful views. The entertainment centre was pretty bad to be honest - not much free for the kids to do (they had to pay even to go in the soft-play zone) and it was just a few arcade machines in a really run-down hall. The staff in the entertainment centre were pretty poor too I'm afraid to say. This is not a review of the evening entertainment as we didn't go to that, just the young folk minding the shop in the daytimes. Front desk staff very friendly and the team in your onsite pub/restaurant were also very helpful and welcoming. Luckily we had good weather so spent most of our time exploring the local area and the evenings in our lovely lodge.
