Horrible customer service. Worse return policy I have ever heard. 14 days and you have to pay restocking fees. They are awful. Long hold times, not considerate and even rude.
In this day and age when they don’t have many showrooms and you are ordering furniture that is sight unseen from the internet they need to do much better. Buy with extreme caution
