The first indication of trouble was the delivery date for the furniture I ordered kept getting pushed back. I ordered 3 pieces of furniture on Oct 1st with a promised delivery date of mid-November. That date was pushed back 3 times and I didn’t receive the furniture until January. Communication about delivery and date changes was poor. The wood on the chair arms feels like plastic. It is poorly finished and in 7 months the finish is wearing off the arms. We are a couple in our upper 60s so we are not hard on furniture but this is not holding up at all. I’ve included pictures of the arms of this 7 month old chair.

I spent all my savings on a false promise of a great fabric great sofa for $9k . The worse fabric and the visions . The of a looked very old lost all its firmness and the fabric absorbs all your skin your clothes . I have never seen a worst fabric and bought it for being the best stain resistant fabric . I want a Refund for their lie

Arhaus has delivered 3 different Acacius 64" coffee tables (regular price $7200 plus delivery) and none have been acceptable. The table has a modern mountain vibe and looks great. The tops of the 3 tables they delivered to our house were a disaster and had finishes nothing like the ones in the showroom. Showroom examples had beautiful, smooth wood tops. The tops on ones they brought to us were so rough you literally got splinters running your hand over the top. Parts of the wood top, maybe a third, were finished nicely. The other 2/3rds were awful; gouged, black lines, chips, etc. We expected the table to be "rustic" but this ridiculous. You should not get a splinter from the top of a $7200 table! There is no way you can dust this table without the dust cloth getting stuck in the rough wood. We still have the 1st table they left as a loaner until they could deliver another table. The 2 others they brought were worse than the first; black marks on the wood top that would not rub or wipe off, dents and bubbles in the metal on top of the table. I would avoid this table. At least in my experience, you will not get the beautiful coffee table you see in their show room. The only reason for 2 stars is the delivery people they sent and their Customer Service (CS) people who spoke to me with each of the deliveries of these interior tables. Delivery people sent photos of the damage on the spot and the CS people agreed it was unacceptable and that they would send another table. Now they are saying they probably would not attempt delivery of a 4th table. They have offered a 10% discount if I keep the first one but I just had my furniture repair guy come and look at it and the 10% refund would not cover the repair. If they won't up the discount to cover the repair, back the table goes. Absolutely to quality control on expensive furniture!

We recently purchased a number of pieces of furniture from Arhaus, Corte Madera, CA which we love. We placed a special order for a three-piece Coburn sofa in Arhaus's Nomad Charcoal fabric for the living room of our new house. The sofa arrived and the center piece was a completely different light beige fabric! We checked and the order was placed correctly but either they sent us someone else's center section or the manufacturer just made it wrong. The store agreed to have it remade (which took approximately two months). When the new sofa arrived, the two corner sections were both made the same vs one left corner and one right corner resulting in the fabric texture running one direction on two of the three pieces and the texture on third piece is rotated 90 degrees making it look like the fabrics don't match. Imagine if we had ordered a stripped or even more directional fabric! Both the store manager and sales associate felt this was manufactured incorrectly but when Arhaus headquarters contacted the manufacturer, they determined that there was "no defect" and that they could not remake the three pieces correctly as they considered it "normal". Arhaus provided us with a credit to reduce the cost to us but now we are stuck with a "custom" sofa that does not match. We like a number of the Arhaus offerings but are reluctant to make any future purchases given their inability or unwillingness to "make this right" even after multiple calls to both the local store salesperson, manager and headquarters' customer service representative (request to speak with their Supervisor was not provided).

Coburn sectional arrived with two pieces where dye lot didn’t match. Also came with different stuffing than what was in the store model. Cheap. Low quality. And THE most uncomfortable couch ever. Also 3 years in and the center seam is splitting on an end where no one ever sits. Will never shop there again. Worst quality.

The quality of the couch is horrible. With little usage on a $19,000 couch looks worn out a littleover a year. I hope other people see this post and don't make the mistake i did. I had my ashley furniture for 15 years and still looks great. I passed it down to my kids. I don't recommend arhaus couches.

Don't waste your money at this store. I purchased several pieces of furniture in late April at Arhaus store in Winter Park. Initial delivery was mid June. They made me pay the full balance to get part of the delivery by the end of the month, even though some furniture was delayed would only be delivered by the end of July. Today I learned that the expected June delivery is not happening. Nobody called me - I learned because I contacted the distribution center. So unprofessional. Total lack of communication and respect. Run away from this store!

Absolutely the worst company and over priced furniture. We have waited over a year for our furniture! Promised several times it would be delivered all at once. An entire year later they still couldn’t do it. I’m sending everything back and shopping elsewhere! This company is a complete disaster and beyond disappointing! Do not buy from here you will regret it! This company is not sorry I had several bad experience's!

I purchased a dining table on January 19th. I was told that the estimated delivery date would be mid April. It is now June 24th. No one from Arhaus ever reaches out. I call each month and am told the middle to the end of the next month. The customer service rep is clearly guessing and that is the standard response. I loved the appearance of the table but after reading the reviews, I'm questioning the quality. I plan to visit the store this weekend to cancel and get my money refunded.

I called to replace a bench that cracked. They were great on the phone. I went to the store and was basically ignored. I ordered furniture from Ethan Allen and while moving the dining room furniture that's less than two years old I noticed a tag the said made in China. They told me that the furniture was made in North Carolina. I will never purchase furniture from them again. I'm using as a very expensive Lego table in the basement. Additionally, I didn't bother them that my cocktail table less than two years old has rips already. The quality is just awful on the items I purchased.

Ordered an item online. Received item broken. It was packaged poorly for starters. Called to get it exchanged and lady said I would have to pay for a new one then get a refund when they receive damaged one. Went round and round with no resolution. Why would I want to pay for another one then get a replacement. Told her I would send damaged back then they could send a replacement but no would not do that either. Said they will still have to refund and I would have to buy it again. Well that almost 20k in furniture my wife and I was planning on buying is going to another company that cares. Very poor customer service.

The furniture I purchased is fine; however, I was told the dining chairs I purchased were in stock in the warehouse and It took nearly 4 months to deliver. The delivery date kept being pushed back, over and over. I called several times, the sales rep never called back like they said she would. I finally refused to hang up until they got her, but she didn't do anything about the situation anyway. 4 months for delivery when something is in stock is unacceptable. Will never buy from Arhaus again.

Do not purchas any furniture from Arhaus! I would have given Arhaus a "0" star if I could! They misrepresent what they have on the sales floor then what is delivered, and no one at any level will work with you to correct the problem. In fact, I was told it was my fault because I should have seen it on-line and knew the color would vary even though I was shopping in the store. I wish I had read the reviews prior to visiting and purchasing an expensive piece of furniture from Arhaus. Stay away from this store, you're going to be very disappointed. The delivery persons did not wear white gloves, as well as, more than 3 hours later than the window time given. I wanted to include a picture, but it will not let me download the pictures to show what they wanted to give me. Go figure!

Absolutely awful customer service. I’d stay away from this company. I decorated a full condo with their furniture. The dining table had flaws on all three attempts to deliver it; the wrong table came, the right table had a cracked base and the their table developed a flaw on the top. It has been an 18 month effort to get an unflawed table. Their delivery system is separate from the furniture store, and they canceled twice on the day of delivery when we had arranged to be home. Then they repeatedly call to reschedule, even after I already rescheduled. They also delivered the wrong rugs that I had purchased. I would go elsewhere for your needs.

This is a review for Arhaus as a company and not our local retail store. Unless you are buying a product that is in stock at the local retail store or sitting in their distribution center, do not trust anything they say about delivery times. We are currently waiting seven months for a product that was promised to be in stock and would be delivered when we moved into our new home which was two months after the order date. Product was paid in full on November 10, 2024. We have been given at least four different dates of when this product will arrive. We are still waiting…. We have been told that the product would be ready to be delivered early April 2025, April 13, 2025, at the latest May 31, 2025 and today they have told us at the earliest time that the product would be in stock in the United States will be June 10 2025. The product was ordered on November 10, 2024. This is for side dining chairs. We have spent a significant amount of money furnishing our new home with Arhaus furniture and I will never do business with this company in the future. For what we have received so far, the quality of the product is good but this company is highly unethical and will tell you anything to try to appease you. Again, unless this is a product that is in stock at your local store or guaranteed to be sitting at your local distribution center, I would not purchase from this company.

My husband and I spent over $25,000 at Arhaus and have never been more disappointed. The couch is pilling like no other couch I’ve ever had. The cousins look like they’re 10 years old instead of 2. I would not recommend this store when I complained it was like oh well. Buyers beware

Have a lot of furniture purchased in the past totally beautiful. Stopped there yesterday total Ly disappointed. Looked like “cabin in the woods” Don’t know the style your trying to put out there all brown dismal looking pieces all looking the same. Also walking in the store someone yelling from across the store telling us the items on the table were 3o%off. Never thought a store i used to love changed so much. will never stop there again.

We purchased furniture and were given a realistic delivery time window. The store kept us updated once the confirmation our pieces were all here. The delivery service was exceptional. Setting up each piece , inspecting the pieces, and making sure each piece was situated in the room the way I wanted it. I was afraid after reading all the reviews as I had already purchased my pieces. I believe it has been difficult since Covid to truly predict products availability and I understand delays. The company was always kind and respectful, I will let people know how my pieces hold up with time

I received two Hurley chairs that were not made straight...they told me I would get a discount. Now absolutely no one will answer emails. Horrible customer service and their products are not of good quality. They are extremely overpriced! I would go back to RH for much better quality.

The Team at Arhaus did a great job helping me Decorate my new house and even showed up at my house during delivery! So professional and talented and great furniture. Best in class!
