Ordered an item online. Received item broken. It was packaged poorly for starters. Called to get it exchanged and lady said I would have to pay for a new one then get a refund when they receive damaged one. Went round and round with no resolution. Why would I want to pay for another one then get a replacement. Told her I would send damaged back then they could send a replacement but no would not do that either. Said they will still have to refund and I would have to buy it again. Well that almost 20k in furniture my wife and I was planning on buying is going to another company that cares. Very poor customer service.
