Got the Acacius 62" coffee table. Regular price $7200. I got it 30% off. They delivered 3 different coffee tables to our house. Each one was successively worse. The first table delivered (we kept as a loaner) had the wood part of the top so rough it gave you splinters if you ran your hand across the top. There were gouges across the top and a chip off the wood on one end at the top of the table. They sent two more tables. Both had pretty big black marks on the wood that would not wipe off. One had a dent and some "bubbles" on the metal on the table top. There is obviously no quality control. The Arhaus warehouse must not unwrap or inspect these tables sent to them from Mexico where they are made. In my opinion, they are sending garbage out to their customers. The same table that we saw in two different Arhaus stores had wood as smooth as silk, did not give you splinters and had no dents and bubbles on the metal top. The only up side; their customer service was excellent. But I wonder how much of that had to do with the fact that my interior designer ordered the piece, not me. Customer service is the only reason they got 2 stars. I would give 1 "minus" stars for the table. The design is awesome. The execution is horrendous. They finally gave me a sizable discount that will cover the cost of a woodworker sanding the wood top of table number 1 and sealing it. Beware; Expensive and not like the ones in their stores. Quality of the wood is horrible.

The first indication of trouble was the delivery date for the furniture I ordered kept getting pushed back. I ordered 3 pieces of furniture on Oct 1st with a promised delivery date of mid-November. That date was pushed back 3 times and I didn’t receive the furniture until January. Communication about delivery and date changes was poor. The wood on the chair arms feels like plastic. It is poorly finished and in 7 months the finish is wearing off the arms. We are a couple in our upper 60s so we are not hard on furniture but this is not holding up at all. I’ve included pictures of the arms of this 7 month old chair.

Arhaus has delivered 3 different Acacius 64" coffee tables (regular price $7200 plus delivery) and none have been acceptable. The table has a modern mountain vibe and looks great. The tops of the 3 tables they delivered to our house were a disaster and had finishes nothing like the ones in the showroom. Showroom examples had beautiful, smooth wood tops. The tops on ones they brought to us were so rough you literally got splinters running your hand over the top. Parts of the wood top, maybe a third, were finished nicely. The other 2/3rds were awful; gouged, black lines, chips, etc. We expected the table to be "rustic" but this ridiculous. You should not get a splinter from the top of a $7200 table! There is no way you can dust this table without the dust cloth getting stuck in the rough wood. We still have the 1st table they left as a loaner until they could deliver another table. The 2 others they brought were worse than the first; black marks on the wood top that would not rub or wipe off, dents and bubbles in the metal on top of the table. I would avoid this table. At least in my experience, you will not get the beautiful coffee table you see in their show room. The only reason for 2 stars is the delivery people they sent and their Customer Service (CS) people who spoke to me with each of the deliveries of these interior tables. Delivery people sent photos of the damage on the spot and the CS people agreed it was unacceptable and that they would send another table. Now they are saying they probably would not attempt delivery of a 4th table. They have offered a 10% discount if I keep the first one but I just had my furniture repair guy come and look at it and the 10% refund would not cover the repair. If they won't up the discount to cover the repair, back the table goes. Absolutely to quality control on expensive furniture!

The furniture I purchased is fine; however, I was told the dining chairs I purchased were in stock in the warehouse and It took nearly 4 months to deliver. The delivery date kept being pushed back, over and over. I called several times, the sales rep never called back like they said she would. I finally refused to hang up until they got her, but she didn't do anything about the situation anyway. 4 months for delivery when something is in stock is unacceptable. Will never buy from Arhaus again.

Nice shopping experience but once the order was placed, all communication stopped. We were told that everything was in stock for our order that as placed on 1/31/25 and it should all be delivered by mid to late February. In late February we called and were told that mid March at the latest. Called the store on 3/22/25 and was told April 7th but not everything was in stock so could be later. We asked to be updated from the store about the delivery but the only time the store called, was to collect the remaining payment. We cancelled the order as we don't have faith that the order would be delivered at all.

Beautiful, well-made, expensive furniture. Absolutely the worst delivery practices! In January I purchased a leather sofa,, round table with eight chairs, and two Fisher chairs. The sofa was a floor sample, so delivery was no problem. I was told that my table and chairs would be in the second or third week in February. After reaching out to them multiple times I found out today that they will not be delivered until the middle of March. I was told the fisher chairs would not be delivered until the end of March or beginning of April. That too was a lie. It seems as though they will not be delivered until the middle of May. They use a third-party delivery service, which automatically puts at least one extra week onto delivery time. The manager said that she would give me 5% off of the fisher chairs. I don’t really think that’s enough compensation. Very frustrated with all of this. I do not think I will be buying any other furniture from Arhaus

I ordered a Christmas tree skirt online from Arhaus and it took several weeks to arrive. The communication via email regarding my order was so minimal I thought the store was actually a scam. I reached out to their customer service team to receive a response a few days later and when I emailed them back I got an automated response from that particular team member stating that she would be out of the office until after the holiday… I did end up receiving the tree skirt 5 days before Christmas and I liked it but the experience ordering from them was so poor that I wouldn’t ever do it again.

We purchased the Pavo sectional about a month ago and a couple of weeks ago we noticed feathers coming out the cushions and pillows. we contacted customer service and was told this is normal and to just push the feathers back in which is ridiculous and somewhat impossible without causing more damage they said we needed to gather the feathers to prove it exceeds the normal amount which is outrageous for a $7k sofa. This place is over rated and I will never waste another purchase here due to the horrible customer service. our sales representative James was excellent, wish the customer care team was just as professional

The quality is not as expected. I purchased 3K couch and I had to exchange it due to the poor quality of the cushions. They didn't have the resilience, so when I sat on it it had huge dents after!!! For a one week sofa that's unacceptable. It was exchanged after 2 or 3 months!!! The delivery was rescheduled a couple of times. I also ordered a custom chair. I was supposed to wait for it 6 weeks, I waited 6 months!!! Decorative pillows I ordered they should be filled with more down so they have more resilience. I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore.

We bought a very expensive leather couch from Arhaus in July 2023 ($12k+). The couch arrived with some scratches on 2 sides of the back of one of the sections as well as an area in one of the cushions that is not sewn to the seam leaving a gap. It is 6/6/24 and 3 repair trips plus almost a year later, we are still trying to get these issues resolved. We will never buy from Arhaus again. They are very quick to make the sale and take your money but the customer service is abysmal.

I have ordered alot of furniture from Arhaus and most of it has been really lovely. However, I ordered a custom "performance" rug from them and the experience has not been good. I waited for the rug for 8 months. The rug looked beautiful but in the first week the loops began pulling out and within a couple of weeks there were pulled loops everywhere. It looked terrible. Fortunately, my sales rep spoke to the manager and they graciously agreed to replace the rug. I was pleased!!! I paid an additional charge for the new rug order which was placed in March 2023. It is now March 2024 - A YEAR LATER - and I STILL have not received my new rug. I have called the store multiple times since December 2023 and each time the rep tells me it's ready for delivery and to expect a call. It's now March 22, 2024 and I'm still waiting. I don't think anyone should have to wait over a YEAR for a rug - what do you think? Beware....

First I want to say that I think they have the best and nicest selection of furniture where I live. We bought a 6 piece bedroom set , a sectional sofa and complete dining room furniture, we spent a lot of money with them. We were told everything was in stock, so one would assume they would get their furniture in a timely manner. That is not the case with Arhaus. After not receiving any kind of communication as to when our items would ship I called customer service and received the run around basically. I was told that our furniture was indeed in stock but they were in 3 different whare houses and they need to all be trucked to one and then sent on to us. They could not give an exact time line but said most likely 12 weeks. So, In Stock means a long wait, therefore I cannot recommend them .. there are several places that sell very nice furniture online and you receive a communication and get your furniture in days so I suggest looking around before buying at Arhaus, even though I do like their furniture, I don’t like the way they do business! After 12 weeks We are still waiting for delivery :(

We’ve enjoyed the Arhaus furniture that we have purchased in the past, but their customer service is terrible. We purchased a bed in May 2022, and we were told to expect in 16 weeks…OK, after 18 weeks we called and were told it would be another 12 weeks…Hmm, called again and were told looks like April of 2023 delivery, no explanation, no apology and no ASSURANCE that April was a lock! Cancelled order and will never shop here again! FYI the bed is still show as ‘in stock’ / 5 week delivery
