Purchased $4000 sofa, June 2024. Less than six months, terribly discovered and worn. Only one person in household. Denied any remedy by Arhaus.
Two swivel chairs remade in a different fabric, but still not acceptable in either fabric due to extensive puckering around the seams. Was given money back on chairs.
