Bought dining room chairs from the Brookfield, WI location. When I picked them up employees at the counter watched me carry them out, customers offered to open the doors for me. I receive better customer service at Costco. An employee should have offered to help by opening the door.
Arhaus, please teach & understand good costumer service will result in returning customers, unfortunately I will not be returning, at least not to this location.
