I purchased a romper and the straps started ripping off after only wearing it a second time, it is absolutely unacceptable considering their VERY expensive prices. I reached out to customer service and they asked to please send them pictures of the damaged item, I sent them pictures and today is the day I received 0 response and was left hanging, I was officially ripped off. I messaged them back again after sending the pictures and NOBODY responded to me. Terrible company, I will make sure to spread the word and NEVER recommend this company.
