I've been dealing with Arlo & Jacob's appalling customer service since March — after we ordered a sofa from their outlet and it never arrived (they went into liquidation and didn't inform us, but did take the money). After we managed to get a refund through some difficultly, we decided to go ahead with the sofa purchase after they were back in business (hoping it was new management) but again, there was pretty poor communication about delivery times. When it did arrive, it looked beautiful, but a narrow long tear quickly appeared in the couch's "premium" fabric (under the large seat cushion so not somewhere we would even been touching ourselves). It looks like as if the fabric just gave way and split. Of course, no reply from customer service. We expected bad customer service the second time around, but I did believe the couches would be quality — turns out we were mistaken. For the amount of money we paid for it, it's incredibly disappointing and I would warn anyone thinking or buying Arlon and Jacob to refrain. It's not worth the headache, and certainly not worth the money.
