Hornady bullets were not from manufacturer, they were packaged and shipped from a wholesaler in a plastic bag. I expected them to be in the Hornady red box. I randomly checked 10 bullets and they were exactly .223 and weighed 55 grains, although NOT highly polished they were pristine. I ran them through my polishing tumbler and they now shine 🌞 will buy again if available. I recommend them.
