“I shopped with Arm or Ally a long time ago, back when you could make an account with them. I always kept the website as a bookmark because they sold Aero Precision products at a really good price, along with some other brands. The prices were always cheaper and even cheaper then sell prices from Primary Arms, Brownells, and Classic Firearms, which are other sites that I have booked marked. I saw a sale on two products I wanted, and I saw that there was a free shipping promo. Now, some naysayers in Reddit was saying how they did not have a good experience, so I decided that, because I shopped with Arm or Ally before and did not see a problem, I was going to prove them wrong. So, I purchased the products, got the free shipping, and made the purchase as cheap as possible by waiving the shipping insurance and the signature fee. And I can tell you this: My handguard that I ordered is looking sleek on my Aero firearm and my adjustable gas block fits the barrel of my next build like a glove. While there was a bit of a delay of when it was supposed to come, which was on USPS, and which they did with several orders from different complanies, it was only by a day. Arm or Ally still delivers, still has the best deals, and still is my top choice for window shopping until I purchase, when it comes to all things Aero Precision, and now beyond.”

“Purchased a 300 blackout barrel from Arm or Ally. The price was a little higher, but they had it in stock. Being a neighboring state I thought it would arrive pretty quickly, but it didn't. With only four employees running everything, I can understand the slower process. I will purchase from them again in the future, and hopefully they get more help in the shipping department.”

“well, normally i have good service from Arm or Ally. However, recently I placed an order (04-19-2026) for some bullets. They were shipped but apparently were not packaged very well and the package broke open in a FedEx facility. I contacted fedex but was told it was upto Arm or Ally to address the isssue. i could not file a claim. I can understand that, I never recieved the product to be eligible to file a claim. I contacted Arm or Ally through their customer service email setup. That is one of the poorest customer services i have ever used. No way to contact any one except email. After several emails ( 9 total ) I still have nothing, no refund, no bullets, and zero satisfaction!!!”

“Just back from the range where I just ran my 10 mm glock with one of your slides and upper parts kit. The fit and finish of your products is top notch. You cannot tell the difference from original glock parts. The workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Arm or Ally.”

“After taking time to break in the barrel, it shooting 1/2 or less groups from a Caldwell Lead Sled with 223 77gr reloads by LAX/Freedon Ammo. Have married the barrel with BKF MOD - 0. M4 upper & lower Receiver set. Added a WMD NiB bolt carrier group, WMD NiB trigger group with JP Enhanced Reliability Spring Kit, Red/white SpringCo buffer spring & H2 buffer. Got it sighted in with a Swampfox Arrowhead 1-10x24 LPVO. When I can do my part with 75yr old eyes it's shoots very tights and consistent 1.5-2in groups. Love this Ballistic Advantage 17.7 barrel”
