All products were received as expected except for the breakthrough kit. Two of the solvents had leaked into the packaging leaving little to no solvent in the bottle.

I got charged twice for signature confirmation, so I'm not sure what's up with that. Both items shipped together to my FFL.

Hello, You placed your order on 3 May. We shipped it the same day and delivered it three business days later using our economy-level shipping, as requested. I see you emailed us on 10 May at 5:45 AM requesting to return part of your order. We had a response to you at 7:30 AM on the same day with instructions to return your part and a timeline so you know what to expect when returning an item to us. On the 22nd of May you requested an update, and your refund was processed on the morning of the 24th. I see we processed your return sooner than our advertised timeline and charged you a lesser restocking fee. I don't see where you emailed us the return tracking number as requested. This usually speeds up the return process by a couple of days. What could we have done to earn a 5-star review?

Nice looking barrel, but not the one portrayed in the photo. I zoomed in on the photo and it was a Ballistic Advantage barrel. One person left a comment saying it was from a famous manufacturer. Disappointed, but I did take a chance and only got a discount barrel for discount money.

Projectiles had a hard, sticky black residue on half of the batch. Needed to soak them in dawn soap water with a few squirts of lemon juice, and dry them in the oven at the lowest setting so they wouldn't soften. Otherwise they look okay, probably would've shot fine but who knows what kind of residue it might've left in the barrel. Never had this happen before so will leave 3 stars.

Great finish and looks fantastic. Now, for the bad. Had to spend hours getting a barrel to function properly with this slide and i used a few from different manufacturers so it wasn't the barrel. Required a combination of sanding the inside of the slide and filing the barrel so it would even rack. I took to the range this weekend and it did not want to go fully into battery on its own. kept having to push the slide in so it would competely rack. A bit disappointed since the 10 MM slides from Armorally worked great out of the box.

Shipped fast lower was scratched in a few spots but that's not the end of the world I guess as a lower it's solid and preforms well

BCG shipped quickly bit I didn't see shipping insurance and signature req on check out paid 10$ more than I should have my fault didn't pay attention but don't think I'll order from you guys again

Paid the extra to get the brass cleaned… had to clean it again before it was ready to load. There were about 100 cases that were large primer brass when I ordered 1000 small primer .45acp brass. I will likely still order more and skip the cleaning. Pricing is still fair given the post Covid reloading market.

Arm or Ally does not have a customer service phone number, Email only. I sent 2 email to them with no reply. I was trying to change the shipping address because the name was incorrect. Fortunately I was able to connect with my mail carrier to let her know about the issue. The name being incorrect and not on the address as listed would have returned the item to sender. The prices are good, their contact info is not the best.

First, the good news. The brass is excellent, the price was fair, and it was delivered promptly. Now the bad news. My order was for 100 cases. I received 98. I emailed Arm or Ally about this and did not receive a response.

Shipping was terrible. Boxed busted upon arrival. Bullet are great and price is good. Counted and only had 1300 of 2100. Disappointed in packaging for sure.
