Fast shipping! Brass was short 3 pieces. I wrote them a reminder to err on side of customer. I did not ask for compensation, but they did credit my account 2 dollars. I guess that’s easier than sending me the last 3 pieces of brass. I’m not unhappy, just an attention to detail type person. Would have rather had the brass count right, but they didn’t offer me that. I would still buy from again.

Hi Stephen, sorry about the short count. Normally we would have sent the remaining cases but we were out of stock on this brass this go around.

Arm or Ally has always shipped promptly, this time package was damaged and short over a 100 bullets. Didn’t file a complaint just chalked it up to the usps rough handling of package. Will order from them again.

The shipping fee was ridiculous just to make sure it was delivered. As a veteran I will never order from Arm or Ally again. The disclaimer about the USPS is bs.

Brian, We're sorry you were not satisfied with our shipping rates. We did upgrade your order to FedEx 2 Day Air at no additional cost and your order was placed on a Saturday, and you had it Wednesday. We do offer an economy shipping rate for our budget minded customers, however it is not as reliable. If you don't mind the wait, and potential delays in transit, this would have been a better shipping option for you. Sorry we failed to satisfy you.

Shipping was fast for the 940V2 I bought. Unfortunately now that they require my drivers license to buy anymore from them, I won’t be buying again.

After ordering a built kit and the g19 non threaded “tin” barrel, I realized the barrel is in fact not “tin” it is painted a darker color than standard tin products.

Shipping was snail slow. Faxon barrel maching is only average,definitely not impressed especially considering this barrel is $100 more than other premium barrels. Ordered a Ballistic advantage barrel at the same time and the machining is impeccable. Have other ballistic barrels that shoot sub 1 inch. Haven't assembled the faxon yet , we will see.

Hello, Your order was placed Saturday 20 March, shipped Tuesday 23 March, and delivered to you Friday 26 March. If you require faster shipping, we offer 2 Day and Overnight services at additional charge. I would not call this "Snail Slow" especially given the demand of our products, and the fact you ordered over the weekend when we are closed. If you are dissatisfied with the machining of the barrel, all you would need to do is raise a ticket with us prior to installing the barrel so we can have a look and take it up with the manufacturer.

Hello, After reviewing your order I see you opted for a premium shipping service on a small part. We do offer an economy 2-7 day service at about 50% less in shipping charges. UPS is expensive. We did give you a complimentary upgrade to FedEx 2 Day Air at no additional charge. We're sorry if we failed to satisfy you with your purchase.

Ordered 1000 9MM range shells. I also paid an extra $12.50 to have them cleaned. I am really not sure they were cleaned and will not pay extra for a dubious service again. Other wise the casings were fine

I had placed my order on a Monday and paid $45.00 extra for two day shipping. I didn't receive my package for 8 days. I believe Arm or Ally placed the order through FedEx but they didn't pick the package up until Thursday. It set for three days in Missouri before being finally shipped. I believe Arm or Ally did their part but still overall experience was not good. I didn't get my $45.00 back for two day shipping. I would not recommend FedEx for shipping.

11 Jan (Monday PM) - Order placed 14 Jan (Thursday)- Order shipped 18 Jan (Monday)- Order Delivered Hi, unfortunately the only service which has expedited handling is Next Day Air. Depending on order volumes, we do try to get the 2 Day orders out ASAP, but with the way things have been, sometimes this is not possible. We have a link to our shipping lead times posted at our checkout, and on our homepage. At the time you placed your order we were advertising a 4 day lead time. I see we got our order out ahead of this timeline, but where it shipped on Thursday, 2 Day transit is a Monday delivery. The weekend added a couple of days here. FedEx Express does deliver on Saturday, but there's an additional $16 fee from FedEx, not us. We hope you are happy with the service received in such odd times we are all living, and we're sorry if we failed to satisfy you.

The kit had everything I needed (minus the endmill) and was very simple to put together. Only issue i had was with the Rear Rail System, part of that drop in piece was bent out of shape and also it was not filed correctly on the right side for the trigger bar to allow the trigger to reset with the slide attached. After some grinding and some bending I got it to work. I wish that the piece would either come correctly made or at least be made available individually without having to buy a whole other P80 set.

Nice that they had the product. Price would not have been great during normal times. Shipping on top also seemed excessive. Is what it is with the current craziness.

Hello, I see we shipped your order the same day you ordered it and it's still in transit with USPS. At checkout, we have several carriers available, and advise customers of the lengthy delays we have with USPS due to Covid-19. If you missed that advisement, the delays are between 2-5 weeks. Please be patient and contact us if your package is not received by Friday.

My order has not been received. The USPS tracking data shows that it left Tulsa, OK on 12/16 and is still “in transit”. I filed a complaint with the USPS and was told that the complaint had been closed because the are “just a couple weeks behind”. About a week after placing my order with you (which is well after it was overdue from the USPS) I placed a separate order for the same product with another vendor; it was shipped via FedEx and arrived in two days. I suggest that you stop using the USPS. I am not sure when (or if) the USPS will actually deliver your package.

We're sorry to see your package is delayed in transit. Once a package is released to the carrier it's physically out of our control. We have some advisements posted in our checkout that if selecting USPS as your carrier to expect delays significant delays in transit. They are simply overwhelmed and will not accept any claims for packages that are not at least 2 weeks delayed. We offer 3 different carriers for you to choose from, including FedEx and UPS. We shipped your package using the carrier you requested. We have no doubt your package will be delivered as only a very very small percentage are actually lost. If not delivered after 30 days, please contact us for a refund.

I was pleased with my order qualifying for free shipping. It shipped next day but was sent via fedex smart post which is a terrible thing to offer since it is known to notoriously suck. When I returned to Arm or Ally again, I was dissatisfied with the fact that I could not find any other way to get my order to ship free again. Considering their rates are absurd and there wasn’t a way to achieve free shipping, I couldnt justify ordering here again. Thanks for the good deal and free shipping for once but please find another way to allow people to get free shipping.

Hello, certain items have the shipping cost built into the price, some do not. All "free-shipping" items ship economy class, which is USPS First Class, SmartPost, or SurePost - we do offer other shipping options at a higher cost which are faster and/or more reliable.

Ordered many orders from about 4 places all within a day or two and armorally was the slowest to get my items to me. Other than that, they were great to deal with
