“good product. Shipped two weeks after I placed the order and REQUIRED a signature, even after I selected that I did not want that option. After reaching out to CS they informed me that all optics required a signature. Dont order if you're in a rush but good price and CS was quick to respond”

“Barrel is sweet but there was a small chip in the muzzle . And I didn’t buy a blem barrel. Came that way through shipping . So maybe it’s on the poor packaging or just mishandling through shipping.”

“Since you asked fir a review I’ll give you one. After spending over $500 in the past two weeks AoA can’t send a tee shirt, ball cap or even a sticker. Smaller companies send stickers with orders less $200. Good luck!”

“AorA shipped fast and the price was good, but they shipped with a signature requirement which was a pain. People with jobs can't sit around all afternoon waiting for the Fed Ex driver. But for a retired person or stay at home mom, their service was great.”

“One thing I should ad. When I saw Arm or Ally was charging $20.00 for shipping 1500 22cal bullets. I emailed them, asking if they would ship using USPS flat rate small box. At that time the flat rate was $8.00 for shipping. Not $20.00 like they charged me... I guess making xtra money on shipping? Customer service used some silly excuse that USPS loses packages? On the bright side, FedEx was fast. Almost as fast as USPS priority.”

Thanks for writing! Shipping rates are pulled directly from the carrier based on the weight and dimensions of the box. Your order weighed approximately 12 lbs and shipped to Zone 9. Your location, being so remote, also incurred an 'extended delivery surcharge'. We understand there are cheaper options; however, we are most interested in ensuring our customers receive their packages intact and timely more so than just offering the cheapest-priced carrier. “The three stars are because the box was wrecked,(the one inside the box it was shipped in.) and the instructions were not the ones for that particular brace. I had to figure it out on my own, and I’m a beginner! But it got here pretty quick!”

“Glock 19 RMR cut slide arrived promptly. Looks great. Mounted easily. This part deserves 5 stars. However, first time shooting my red dot flew off after about 40 rounds. The mounting holes were only tapped 2-1/2 threads. This is not enough to hold securely. Customer service will send me a return label and will replace the slide after they receive mine back. I am confident that I will be treated fairly. But as of now, 3 stars. If all goes well as I expect, then 5 would be my number. Thanks”

“Bought 300 primed 300 blkout cases. These were conversion from 5.56 cases formed and trimmed to correct length. I check the in my lyman case checker. They were not seating to the depth I like but were close. I loaded 4 rounds and that's when the trouble started. Seems the necks are a bit thick and chambering required a bit of extra force because extraction was not an option. I will be turning the necks as soon as my piolt die arrives.”
