Purchased A&A Duty Series Threaded Barrel & a Thread Protector 11 AUG 2023. The thread protector goes on about 1 thread and locks up. I tried different thread protectors and got the same result. I then tried the A&A thread protector on another barrel and it was fine, implying there was something wrong with the threads on the barrel itself. I notified Arm & Ally via their website (Ticket: CS00036937) on 16 AUG of the issue and to date have received no response. I am now leaving on a multiple-destination trip to Ft. Jackson 4 SEP - 8 SEP, Ft Lee 8 SEP - 11 SEP and then to Maxwell AFB 13 SEP - 25 SEP and have no way ahead.

Bought 500 unprocessed 223 cases. While it is a good price, you don't get what is advertised. As advertised, very few cases will have primer crimps. Of the 500 cases, 99% had primer crimps. If I would have known this would not have ordered these. They should also include more extras, after picking out the cases that were not reloadable ended up with 495.

over all a good company to work with although the products they sell for areo precission is another story, they are getting less and less desirable, because they are out of mil. spec.

I really wish I could give a good review but I honestly can not.I ordered an paid the price that they asked on there website for A Elftmann Service trigger, the website had a great price for the trigger.what I received what not what I ordered,I received an Elftmann SE trigger in a bag with SE-S handwritten on it,not even in it's original package.This is the basic entry level flat trigger an totally not what I paid for or ordered,then to add insult to injury it's not even in the original package.So my thoughts are this company is selling used goods with false information. Not only that but I would have be able to get the same trigger from the manufacturer for 30 dollars less.some one in the order picking room dropped the ball on this one or this company is a scamming for a quick turn around. I feel like I have been ripped off an in no way will be buying from this company again

I will not purchase again and regret purchasing this one but I’ve chalked if up as a loss. It is not machined out properly to glock manufactures specifications whether it be slide parts or the slide to the frame. To began with the diameter for the plunger on the slide is not large enough for G19 slide parts after market or stock manufacturer. I tried 4 different slide parts kit and none of them fit. I sent back to AoA and they said it fit with their slide parts kit and sent it back installed “as a courtesy” with photos but none actually loading a round in the chamber. I found it comedic because it states it fits manufacturer parts but it does not and there was nothing back on it fitting anything glock except going on a stock frame. It fitting in the frame was never a concern. After receiving the slide back with the new AoA slide parts kit installed already, I put it on a Glock frame with a Glock magazine with Hornady hollowpoint rounds and it would catch the top of each round as it loads the one before it. It slows down the slide where it won’t complete a cycle after it is fired. I’m having to mill it down myself because I’d rather not fool with AoA with it anymore because it seems they’ve done enough giving me a slide parts kit as courtesy because all the others didn’t. I have built several blocks with after market parts and have even done a handful of P80 builds; this is the worst by far that I have worked with. Lastly the cut out for an optic on the slide doesn’t even fit a Vortex which is one of the most common manufactures for optics these days.

The box of 3,000 total was broken open upon arrival and an unknown number are probably still rolling around on the post office floor. I was stunned at how poorly they were packed. Someone removed them from their original boxes. They then created some poor-quality homemade bags instead of just adding some tape to reinforce the original boxes. The bags had overheated seams so they fell apart immediately. The original boxes reinforced most likely would have made the journey without losing product along the way after the outer box failed. The price was good and the shipping time was good but losing the product due to poor packing makes me say I will not be buying any more bullets from ArmorAlly.

I ordered and paid for a complete serialized assembled pfsc frame, i received a grey un assembled frame with lower parts kit instead.

I received my barrel in a timely manner, but it was missing the roll pin for the gas block. This was supposed to be included with the Hanson barrel. I emailed Arm or Ally to request the missing item but it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard back from them. That's inexcusably poor customer service. I don't know if I'll order from them again after this.

Hello, we received your email on 21 September and responded back 12 minutes later. Basically, BA sent us a shipment of barrels that did not include the taper roll pins for Hanson series barrels. To date, we are still waiting for these pins to be delivered to us, and not sure what the hold-up is. We advised you, as well as other customers to contact BA and request the pin (which they will send you) or to check back with us each week. Unfortunately, these pins are typically included with each Hanson series barrel and are not an item we stock individually. You are welcome to go to BA directly or contact us back next week. If we've received them from BA, we'll gladly send you one. Sorry, I don't know why you did not receive our email back. We're relatively quick to respond.

feed jams, and the slide drags on the barrel. i have to manually close the slide to put a live round into battery Arm oe Ally will not ship a 80% pistol frame to me in Illinois even though there are no regulations in southern Illinois against ghost guns

Waited 2 weeks to leave this review to allow for response from Arm or Ally. Received brass order which was 7 cases short and alerted their customer service. Their response was that the weight was correct for that order and asked if the bag broke. I let them know the bag was intact but just short the 7 pieces. I weighed all 493 pieces and shared the data showing this batch was heavier and even followed up for resolution. No further response at this point and never received the missing pieces. Purchased a quantity of brass but received a weight of brass that was short that quantity.

The stock I ordered had a manufacturer defect. Unfortunately I started the build 5 months after I ordered the stock and didn't notice the defect until I took the stock out of the package. After reading the exchange and return policy unfortunately it now appears I'm out ~$30. I've ordered from Arm or Ally multiple times in the past and never had a bad experience until now. This doesn't sit well with me.

Package was short 12 pieces, normally not a big deal but when your paying 700 dollars for 1000 pieces it's a huge deal.

Atleast 18 out of the 50 pieces of brass are unsafe to load, I’m very surprised this passed quality control. I’ve had a very difficult time getting a response from Winchester.
