“The stock I ordered had a manufacturer defect. Unfortunately I started the build 5 months after I ordered the stock and didn't notice the defect until I took the stock out of the package. After reading the exchange and return policy unfortunately it now appears I'm out ~$30. I've ordered from Arm or Ally multiple times in the past and never had a bad experience until now. This doesn't sit well with me.”

“Package was short 12 pieces, normally not a big deal but when your paying 700 dollars for 1000 pieces it's a huge deal.”

“Atleast 18 out of the 50 pieces of brass are unsafe to load, I’m very surprised this passed quality control. I’ve had a very difficult time getting a response from Winchester.”

“the kit was packaged well with heavy bags but one bag was open it had two pins of same size, talked to your quality team and asked for replacement pins got run around that I had to call p 80, I did not buy from p 80.”

Gary, unfortunately p80 does not make individual components available to dealers and in cases like this, they request we send our customers directly to them for service. If you were to ever have an issue with their customer service we are happy to facilitate the transaction for you. I also see that we shipped your order next day and provided you a complementary upgrade to UPS 2 Day Air; sorry if we failed to satisfy you, Gary.

“Very dirty brass, have a hard time believing it was from an indoor range, because of some corroded brass, it also contained some miscellaneous brass mixed in (22lr, 380, 7.62X25, 32) and some stepped FM brass, definitely not quite what I expected from the advertised description definitely would not buy again, I'm not even sure if most of it was once fired ?”

“I was very satisfied with my products I purchased but the prices would change after each order for an example I ordered the pf45 for $129.99 then after that the price dropped to $100 so I ordered another one and I was going to order one more but the price shot up to $149.99 and when I asked for a coupon code I received 2 invalid codes if the price was still $100 I would purchase another and happily give 5 stars and recommend this website to all my friends but the prices seem to be always changing at random”

“My 6.8 wasn’t cycling so I took it to my local gunsmith. Turned out the bolt carrier group I bought had poor quality. The gas key didn’t fit so they epoxied it. My gunsmith had to stone down the gas key and remove the export these guys put on it. Not Happy.”

“This was the first P80 kit that I purchased from Arm or Ally. I have purchased just the P80 frames and have been really happy. Unfortunately this one wasn’t that great, which is not Arm or Allys fault. The frames locking block was bent and too large for the frame it self. This is the 5th P80 I have put together and never had this issue. It took some significant modifying to make it work. Additionally this was a package deal that came with a slide. The slide seems decent for the price. My only complaint is I ordered an RMR plate cover and it did not come with the screws. Which is a bummer even though I’m putting on optic on it. Overall not a great experience. Again, take this with a grain of salt. Myself as well as two friends all ordered the same kit. My kit was the only one with issues.”

Hello, We're sorry to see you had a less than 5 star experience. If there is an issue with the locking block, simply contact P80 customer service directly - this is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Regarding the screws - you should have received two - if not, email us at support@armorally.com and we'll send them to you.

“Not really happy with the company at all. I actually live in Alaska, but had to have them shipped to my dad in Idaho. If I had them shipped directly to me, it would have have been well over 130.00, with no option to ship via USPS in flat rate boxes. The only reason I purchased them from you, you had them in stock.”

Shawn, We do not ship in USPS Flat Rate Boxes - we've had far too many issues with USPS which are costly in time and money for both us and our customers. Your order was upgraded to FedEx 2 Day Air at no additional charge to you. I see you ordered on the 4th of February, your order shipped Friday 5 February and delivered on Monday 8 Feb. We're sorry to see you were dissatisfied with the service. Shipping to Alaska is expensive outside of Flat Rate USPS.

“Ordered the PF940C COBALT frame kit but received the ODG. Didn't realize this until after was drilled out and was looking for a slide to match. As I wrote in the email I sent, I knew that returning it wasn't an option but would have been nice to receive some reply.”

“I had different brass mixed in with the 9mm. There were 22 & 380 brass mixed. Some brass looked like it was fired more than once. There were stress on the brass.”
