Years ago you guys did a fantastic job at customer service and support. I guess those days are gone. My recent order for 300 fmj 30 caliber ball rounds was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I never requested to have an adult sign for my package, but was charged extra money for that as well as having to take a day off to be there. On top of that, I was NEVER sent an email confirmation of my order, as well as your customer service representative arguing that it was sent. Why the hell would I call and ask about this if I hadn't checked my spam folder? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU PEOPLE AGAIN.
