Fair experience..Arm or Ally has quick turnaround on my order.
Unfortunately the packaging was another story. Contacted customer service provided feedback that the case ammo needed to be boxed in an outter box to prevent the rounds from getting loose due to mishandling by carriers.
The customer service was very responsive and encouraged a claim to be filed. TBH, the reason for contacting CS was to encourage going forward Arm or Ally would take a minute to evaluate their packaging process.
As far as value well you be the judge...
