Order placed 3/10 and shipped 3/10. Processing and shipping of order was fantastic. FedEx lost package in Memphis on 3/12, waiting on follow-up by AOA to file an inquiry with FedEx. Response to lost package inquiry has been sluggish; thus 3 stars.
