Very happy with the service - I was prepared for the lengthy wait that AorA advertised but wasn't quite patient enough and after a week, opened a ticket late one afternoon to ask about the insurance I had purchased as the USPS tracking system wasn't providing any information after the second day of shipping. Of course, just as Chuck was answering the next morning, the package shows up, but Chuck's answer was prompt and courteous. Not sure when, as I can't practice or compete as much as I'd like and consequently, don't buy a lot of stuff, but I'll be back. Very, very satisfied customer.
