I bought my husband a slide for Christmas. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size and realized it shortly after submitting the order. Thankfully Chuck(customer support team) was so amazing and quick he was able to fix my mistake and get me the right slide sent to still make Christmas happen for my husband!
