Somehow, in my ordering process, I didn't understand that I needed to positively say that I did not want "Adult Signature," which comes with a fee. When I contacted Arm or Ally in that regard, they very efficently adjusted the order to reflect my wishes. Shipping was rapid and not exorbitant, the product was just as advertised. All good.
